Property Description

This south-facing, lakeview home is located on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, and conveniently located for all the Orlando attractions. This peaceful community has a children's playground and a jogging/nature trail round one of the lakes, where alligators, deer and beautiful bird life can be seen. Fishing is allowed in all of the lakes.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed; the 2nd bedroom has a Full-size bed; the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 twin-size beds in each room. The sleeper/sofa sleeps 2.

There are TVs in each bedroom and a TV, DVD and CD in the living room. The games room is located in the garage and has a pool table, table tennis, foosball & darts. The home has free wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range and dishwasher. The home also has a washer and drier and a good supply of towels and linens etc.

There is a gas grill on the deck and propane is supplied.
