The property provides executive 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation with a private screened pool and its own games room. This home has beautiful lake and conservation views from the pool deck. This home is located in Eagle Pointe; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions. This spacious home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10 and has two living areas. Beautifully furnished, there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer and drier, towels, linens etc. There is a 55" HD TV with a DVD/VCR in the living room and a 40" HD TV in the master bedroom. There is a 19" LCD TV in the Queen bedroom a 19" LCD TV in one of the twin rooms and a 14" TV/DVD in the other. The home offers a games room with a 7' slate bed pool table; a dart board; foosball and a sofa. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Really evereything was perfect the house was beautiful, clean, functional with a nice view of the pool as well.
